should be exterior grade plywood either 5/8 @ sixteen inches
centers or 3/4 @ twenty-four inch centers Tongue and Groove
select fir plywood .
Concrete must be fully cured. Free of curing compounds
and dry surface.
Do not use OSB plywood or pressure treated plywood.
Deck must be clear of debris and a dry surface.
The decks shall incorporate a minimum slope to drain 3/16
of an inch to 1 foot of distance.
The plywood decks should be fastened down with screws
and glued.
Vinyl should be installed before siding to run up the
wall behind construction paper.
Surface flaws in the plywood shall be filed prior to installation
of the membrane by Perma Deck installer.
Note:
Vapor bubbles may appear after installation but will disappear
within a couple of weeks. They may require pressure and heat
to reactivate the glue.
